Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made within The Brand Shop are final. Once you have gained access to the files (including Canva templates and PDF downloads), we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Why? Digital assets are deemed "used" the moment they are downloaded or opened.

  • Our Commitment: If you experience any technical issues with your file or have trouble accessing your Canva template, please contact us at designs@edenlisadesigns.com and we will do our best to trouble shoot any issues for you to receive a functional copy.

2. 1:1 Branding Services

Our 1:1 branding process is an intensive, 6-week partnership based on strategy and time-allocation.

  • Deposits: To secure your project in our calendar, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers the onboarding process and the administrative costs of holding your spot.

  • Cancellations: If you choose to terminate the project after work has commenced but before the 6-week completion date, you will be billed according to the T&Cs outlined in our branding services.

  • Because our work is subjective and based on a pre-approved strategy, we do not offer refunds based on a change of heart. We include 2 rounds of refinements to ensure the final result aligns with the agreed-upon project. However, if you do need more, they are charged at an hourly rate.
