Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing from The Brand Shop, or booking a 1:1 service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & License to Use

All content, designs, workbooks, and brand kits are the intellectual property of Eden Lisa Designs.

  • The Workbook/Planners/Digital Products: Your purchase grants you one (1) personal, non-transferable license. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the files or content.

  • The Brand Kits: Purchase grants you a license to use the designs for your own business. You may not resell the kit, any part of the kit or use the templates to create brands for third-party clients.

3. 1:1 Branding Projects

By selecting "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" and proceeding with your deposit, you are entering into a binding service agreement for our 6-week branding process.

  • The Commitment: This is a collaborative partnership. You agree to provide feedback and approvals within the requested timeframes. Delays may result in your project being rescheduled to our next available opening.

  • Payment & Deposits: Projects are booked only once the non-refundable deposit is paid. Final files will not be released until the remaining balance is paid in full.

  • Refinements: Your package includes 2 rounds of refinements. Requests outside of the original scope will be quoted as additional work.

  • Approvals: Once final approval is given, any subsequent changes incur additional fees. We are not liable for errors (such as typos) discovered after final approval.

4. User Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in instances of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised use of our intellectual property (including the sharing or reselling of digital assets), or any behaviour that is deemed harmful to the business relationship or the integrity of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide tools and strategy to help your business grow, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results. Eden Lisa Designs is not liable for any loss of profit or business interruptions resulting from the use of our products or services.

6. Third-Party Tools (e.g. Canva)

Some of our digital products are designed for use within Canva. We are not affiliated with Canva and are not responsible for any changes Canva makes to its platform or subscription requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
